The petitioner apprehends his arrest in G.O. Case No. 458 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

21 liters & 230 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. However, learned Addl. P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got four criminal antecedent, out of which, three is of similar offence.
