JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 on 25.10.2014 by the opposite party No. 2 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 34 the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It has been submitted that Police has already completed investigation and submitted charge sheet in the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report.
