Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 320 of 2020 registered under Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity at the instance of Police. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2020. Considering the period of custody, this application for grant of regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55401 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IV, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 320 of 2020.

The petitioner will visit Shambhuganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

The District Judge, Banka is directed to see to it that the trial of all other cases as mentioned in the Paragraph 3 of the Bail Petition are held expeditiously and concluded preferably within a period of one year and the District Judge, Banka is also directed to send a report after one year.

The number of cases mentioned in Paragraph 3 of the bail petition are as follows:- (i) Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017. (ii) Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018. (iii) Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020. (iv) Godda P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020.

(v) Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 283 of 2020.
