2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3/5 of B.N.S.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting rod blow on the head of the informant, as a result of which, she suffered injuries.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the injuries are simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is under incarceration since 18-05-2025 and he is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 177 of 2025 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
