Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.3315 of 2017, registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner wanted to open CSP Branch of United Bank of India. The petitioner is alleged to have taken Rs.1,00,000/- from the complainant in order to get CSP Branch opened.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the allegations are false and concocted. Prior to institution of this complaint case on 02.11.2017, the petitioner gave legal notice to the complainant on 16.10.2017 and demanded the money

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75731 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 borrowed by the petitioner to the complainant on the eve of marriage of his sister.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VII, Chhapra in connection with Complaint Case No.3315 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
