JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The short issue involved in the present case is that despite the petitioner's school complying with the necessary requirements for grant of permanent affiliation for conducting 10+2 course and despite inspection having already been held, the respondent Bihar School Examination board is not taking a decision with regard to grant of permanent affiliation to the petitioner's school.

The learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board submits that the Board would definitely take a decision either way on the application of the petitioner herein for grant of permanent affiliation with regard to 10+2 course. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.16515 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 counsel for the parties, the concerned authority of the Bihar School Examination Board is directed to take a final decision with regard to the case of the petitioner herein within a period of eight weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
