Petitioner is apprehending his arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the informant and the petitioner are agnates and due to property dispute he has falsely been implicated in this case. The injury report does not support the gravity of the allegation of causing farsa blow.
Considering the nature of allegation of causing farsa blow injury on the head of the informant against the petitioner, this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75701 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
