2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the I.P.C.

3. This case has been listed today in view of the previous order dated 07.10.2024, whereby the provisional Bail granted to the petitioner was extended for the next nine months starting 04.07.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly stated that the
