The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khajauli P.S. Case No.105 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police got information that the petitioner had kept liquor in firewood house of the petitioner and on such a raid was conducted and 37.5 litres Nepali liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the firewood house of the petitioner is situated at a long distance from the residential house of the petitioner. Anybody can keep it in the abandoned house but it appears that the police got definite information that it was the petitioner, who had kept liquor in his firewood house and on such a raid was conducted and 37.5 litres

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52422 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 Nepali liquor was recovered.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
