2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased cut into pieces was found in the river. She was in relationship with one Dewvrat Paswan and was killed by the accused persons because of that.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the materials available on record, it has come

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 59458 of 2024(4) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 that the petitioner has participated in the killing and brutal cutting of the dead body of the deceased. He is in jail since 04.04.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
