10-06-2015 The petitioner, who is the husband, apprehends his arrest in relation to Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, by the wife.

Having considered the matter, in my view, not granting bail at this stage would not be conducive to the matrimonial relationship between the parties. In that view of the matter, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Chandan Sah, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18148 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa, in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
