Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307,379,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant and his wife with lathi on their head. The injury report reveals that the Doctor has not found any grievous head injury. However, the injury on the head is simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59257 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohania Police Station Case No.328 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
