JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhuban Police Station P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners are father-in-law and Dewar of the victim of dowry death. The husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioners are in custody since 14-08-2017. The investigation is already complete now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60255 of 2017 (4) dt.07-02-2018 (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
