Mithila University, Darbhanga who shall decide his claim by way of passing reasoned and speaking order and shall assure that in the meantime all admissible dues of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14662 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 petitioner must be paid within 6 weeks from the date of filing of the petition, failing which, appropriate order shall be passed against the erring officials.
