ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nararikala P.S. Case No.13 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 427, 384, 385, 353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners had been agitating for payment of past wages and that there is no specific overt act alleged against these
