Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No.278 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 35 litres of illicit Mahua liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent languishing in custody since 27.09.2017.
