Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/323/307/504/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The allegation of commission of assault during scuffle on the head is against co-accused Jeyaul Haque. Allegation against the petitioners is of commission of abuse, assault and theft.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54471 of 2017 (3) dt.16-01-2018 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwa Police Station Case No.120 of 2017 (G.R.No. 3990 of 2017), subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
