The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.09.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 41817 of 2017.

The anticipatory bail petition was rejected by order dated 11.09.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 41817 of 2017 on merits. The petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of order in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 504 of 2016 and seek regular bail. This Court does not find any reason to modify the aforesaid order.

The application stands dismissed.
