JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Ramgarh P.S.Case No. 183 of 2013 registered u/s 366(A) IPC. There is allegation that the victim girl was kidnapped by the accused persons. She was kept in the house of Sapna and Sandhya along with Majahar Hussain and 5-6 persons and forcibly married with the petitioner. Allegation has been made that they had obtained her signature on Notary Public which has been mentioned in Para-4 of the supplementary case diary and the impugned order.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to g rant bail to the petitioner. This petition is accordingly rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders, the court below will take up the matter on the same day.
