JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Simri PS Case No. 82 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the pick-up van of the informant loaded with mangoes was robbed by the petitioner along with others.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot, whereas two other co-accused persons were apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner. However learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that leading to disclosure made by other two co-accused robbed pick-up van was recovered in front of the house of the petitioner.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
