JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Forest Act Case No. 164 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 331(b) (c) and 63 of Indian Forest Act. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have found cultivating the forest land, as such, a case has been lodged against them in the year 2013.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and earlier on their appearance, no action was taken against them. As such,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53534 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 they have not appeared earlier in this case and they are ready to abide by any conditions imposed upon them.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below by 06.09.2019 and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered and disposed of by the learned court below, if possible, on the same day.
