The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.Case No. 105 of 2021.
The informant, Ram Bahadur Jha made allegation that his son, who was an Engineer, died during the course of Covid-19 pandemic. The petitioners, who are the family members of Sasural of the deceased, came to the informant's house and they put pressure at the point of pistol to put signature on blank papers. On denial, they assaulted him.

As a matter of fact, Soni Kumari, who is the daughter of petitioner no.2 and daughter-inlaw of the informant, lodged an FIR against the members of the prosecution side with allegation that they had tortured her for non-fulfilment of dowry demand and due to that vengeance, the informant, who is Samdhi of petitioner no.2, has implicated the entire family members in false case.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brijnath J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.Case No. 105 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
