2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 & 414/34 of the IPC and section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Prosecution case is that 52.9 liters illicit liquor were recovered from motorcycle in question .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is the registered owner of the motorcycle in question and he has got 2 criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that petitioner is the registered owner of the motorcycle in question and he has got 2 criminal antecedent of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
