The petitioner has filed the aforesaid petition to modify the order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38902 of 2018 passed by this court with the case that while allowing the bail prayer of the petitioner by the said order this court has directed not to release the passport of the petitioner till the final disposal of the case inter alia but as the petitioner is the native of China and he has to go to China in connection with some personal urgent work and it is not possible without the passport, hence the passport of the petitioner be released in his favour. It is further submitted that he is ready to give any surety in lieu thereof.

No.38902 of 2018 is modified and the petitioner is directed to furnish the surety of Rs. 1 lakh of the head of the Oppo Mobile deputed at Patna to the satisfaction of the learned court below and also furnish the returning ticket and the said passport be returned to the learned court below immediately on regression to India.
