1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) For a direction to the respondents particularly to amend/rectify the transfer order of the petitioner by which he was transferred at the place against his choice firstly at Block Mohanpur and Secondly at Block Shivaji Nagar from Block Kalyanpur in the District- Samastipur as contained in Annexure- 6 to this petition. (b) For a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner at one of the place among his given choice considering his illness and the period of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, submits that the District Magistrate, Samastipur, be directed to consider the case of the petitioner, sympathetically inasmuch as the petitioner is left with less than two years to retire. It is directed accordingly.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Samastipur, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
