2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No.342/2019-20, Corresponding to Excise Case No.65/2020 dated 19.01.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge Excise-II, Madhepura.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57319 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
