Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired causing injury at the thigh of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2017.

Submission is that though there is mention of criminal antecedent of the petitioner but the FIR is against unknown.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
