The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2017 in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that though he was present at the place of occurrence where one Jai Prakash Choudhary tried to misbehave with a child of 12 years in an indecent manner but the petitioner had not taken any steps to save the daughter of the informant. The petitioner was only a bystander. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

No.58903 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.
