JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Girijesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited through video conferencing.

The petitioner filed this writ petition for direction to the respondent to pay the post retiral dues of the petitioner. The petitioner had earlier moved this Court in CWJC No.3407 of 2017 and this Court vide order dated 29.03.2018 allowed the writ petition to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file departmental appeal. The petitioner in pursuance thereof filed representation (Annexure-2) to the Managing Director, Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited but the same has not yet been disposed of.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22904 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 Mr. Girijesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited submits that within two months, the representation of the petitioner shall be decided on merit but the Corporation is denying the fact that the petitioner is the employee of the Corporation.

Be that as it may, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order on merit.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
