2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2023 in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 210/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504/506/212/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59741 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He has submitted that the petitioner is accused in 28 cases.

6. Considering fact that the petitioner is involved in a serious crime and also taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is accused in 28 cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. The trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner are directed to be expedited.
