The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S.Case No.173 of 2014 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that co-accused, Md. Salimuddin purchased a land in the year, 1985 and later on Md. Salimuddin sold some parts of the land to his wife and the petitioner is the only identifier.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against Md. Salimuddin and the petitioner is only identifier.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78277 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S.Case no.173 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
