The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

10.4 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of petitioner. Petitioner is lady and has got no concern with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that

No.66627 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ - II cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 189 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
