The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Darbhanga (Town) P.S. Case no. 64 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that one Ravi Kumar was appearing at the examination in place of the petitioner. Ravi Kumar was apprehended by the police but he managed to flee away.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no concern with the occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46194 of 2014 (4) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts that it was the petitioner who managed Ravi Kumar who was appearing at the examination in place of the petitioner so that the petitioner may get good marks, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
