2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 169 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 207 litre of raw spirit kept in a tank was recovered beside the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is neither the owner of the place from where the recovery was made nor has any concern with the seized contraband. There is a violation of Section 103 of the BNSS in preparing the seizure list. Petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 169 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
