Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while she was fleeing away after lifting a new born baby from the hospital. The petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 24.08.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and the specific fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
