This modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 01.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.27016 of 2022, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. It is submitted that inadvertently, the name of husband of petitioner no.2, Urmila Devi has wrongly been mentioned as Parmeshwar Ray in place of Maheshwar Ray in the main petition and so in the order.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 01.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.27016 of 2022 is corrected to the extent that the name of husband of petitioner no.2, Urmila

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54595 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 Devi be read as Maheshwar Ray.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of with condition that petitioner no.2, Urmila Devi shall deposit Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The period of surrender is extended further by four weeks from today.
