Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom it is evident that after examination of three witnesses the matter is pending for order over a petition under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of prosecution. Petitioner along with Bhuran Yadav had shot at deceased, Indra Narayan Yadav who was apprehended by Mithilesh Yadav and Kapal Yadav. That being so, I do not see it a good case for reconsideration, for the present. Prayer is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
