ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No.25 of 2015 for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Considering the submissions advanced by both the parties as also the petitioners are members of the same family having general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons, let the four petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18026 of 2015 (3) dt.29-09-2015 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran, in Madhuban P.S.Case No.25 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
