2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 29.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 75955 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 480 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have injured the victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2023 and has clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 480 of 2023.
