2. Mr. Mirigank Mauli, learned senior counsel for

Patna High Court CWJC No.12525 of 2025(5) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 respondent no. 9, submits that the financial bid has been opened on 05.08.2025 and the work order has already been issued on 08.08.2025. It is further submitted that the stipulated period for completion of the work is 18 months. It is submitted that 11 months have already elapsed and a major portion of the work stands completed.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is of the view that the present writ application has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.

5. Pending application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
