The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 448, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that origin of occurrence is petty dispute and there is case and counter case. Though one of the injuries of the father of the informant is grievous in nature, however, that is general and omnibus against all the accused persons and it is highly improbable that 14 armed men would attack a person and he will sustain only two injuries. Case No. 38 of 2016, G.R. No.1388/16 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., 3rd, Siwan subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
