The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/332/353/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that while the District Magistrate, Bhorpur at Ara was inspecting the paddy purchase centers when petitioner no.1 being member of Zila Parishad with her husband leading the mob, misbehaved with the officer including the District Magistrate, instigated the farmers to scuffle, abused the officer and thereby created hurdle in discharging the official duty. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the farmers were protested against the illegality committed in the paddy purchase centre but since the petitioner no.1 being
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20228 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 representative failed to restrain the farmers to express their anger they have dragged in the present case.
Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No.18 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
