This is an application for regular bail in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No. 65 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 364A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Allegation made by informant is that 5/6 unknown persons had come to the site of bridge construction where informant is a Munsi of the constructing company. Those six unknown persons kidnapped four of the staff and subsequently released two of them, who disclosed the whole incident. The name of the petitioner surfaced for the first time during investigation and except his confessional statement there is no other incriminating material against him to implicate him in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59090 of 2017(2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case no. 65 of 2017.
