This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mashrak P.S. Case No. 433 of 2021, for the offence punishable under Sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of Annexure-2 of the present petition, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioners are allowed. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions
