No. 60 of 2013 to its original file and number which stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 03.09.2014 whereby the appellants were granted three weeks time to file the deficit court fee. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears from the statements made in para 4 of the application that the deficit court fee was filed on 26.09.2014 i.e. few days after the expiry of the time granted by the Court. The Interlocutory Application was also filed on 25.09.2014 presumably for extending the time for condoning the delay in filing the deficit Court fee.
Having regard to the submission made in the application, the same is allowed. Time granted under order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.4111 of 2014 (4) dt.30-09-2015 3/3 03.09.2014 is extended to 26.09.2014 subject to deposit of a cost in the sum of 300/- (Three hundred) with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within two weeks.
