Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. petitioner is ready to keep opposite party no.2 with honour and safety. petitioner has also filed a petition under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
