1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner in this application prays for bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case no.182 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 452, 354, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the eight named accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed. It is further stated that the petitioner caught hold of the informant's hair, used improper language and threw her on the ground. Thereafter the accused

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of dispute between the gotias. There is no direct allegation of overt act against this petitioner. The so called injury found on the informant's side are simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State who submits that from the order of the learned trial Court, it transpires that the informant has sustained lacerated injury and the petitioner tried to outrage her modesty.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, there being case and counter case between the parties, the nature of injury on the informant's side together with the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case no.182 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
