09-03-2017 Mr. Md. Soban Asghar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 4, at the very outset makes a prayer for allowing him to make correction in paragraph 1 & 3 of the present petition. He submits that some typing error has occurred and date of order, case number as well as name of court have incorrectly been mentioned. The prayer is allowed. It may be corrected in course of day.

Heard.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 2004 of 2008, which stood dismissed on 05-03-2013, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in paragraph - 4 of the petition,

Patna High Court MJC No.4109 of 2014 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 2004 of 2008 be restored to its original file.
