The petitioner seeks bail in Economic Offences P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and other of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Mukesh Kumar alleged that he was appointed as agent of Shakti Infratech Private Limited was asked to collect money from the persons who were willing to install tower in their lands. Accordingly, the informant collected Rs. 15,500/- from different persons and deposited the same in the company, but neither the tower was installed nor money was returned.
It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive any money. Chanchla Singh and her husband Raman Singh are the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18394 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 main accused. The petitioner is in jail since 29.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Economic Offences P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014.
