The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 60/15 registered under Sections 420, 406, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant filed a complaint petition on the basis of which the present FIR is registered. The complainant alleged that Gajendra Yadav and other accused persons assured him to provide job in the police department and demanded money from him for providing job but neither job was provided nor money was returned to the complainant. No chit of paper is brought on record to show that the petitioner received any money from the complainant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41143 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 60/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
